The prices include:
VAT, wifi and normal energy consumption, however, due to the current high gas and electricity prices, we have to charge a surcharge of € 10 per day from October to April.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2x 2 beds 90×200 cm (duvet 140×200 cm) and 1x bed 160×200 cm (duvet 200×200 cm).
Bring towels and preferably own bed linen and kitchen towels. Use of existing bed linen and kitchen towels / guest towels is allowed, but must be returned clean.
No pets, unless clear permission has been obtained beforehand. In that case they are not allowed on furniture / upper floor and should be let out outside the park. Costs € 3.50 p/pet, p/d.
Smoking is not allowed in the home.
Due to the quiet character and regulations regarding nuisance in this park of private holiday homes, there will be no rental to groups of young people (under 25 years).
At the end of the stay, the home must be left tidy and neat. There are containers for household waste at the entrance of the park.
